To evaluate the pollution we've been talking for ages, with actual measurement. This can also extend and connect with other new dataset, for example how many plastic are collected and how many we produced(either raw material are from overseas or local).

Potentially we can push the policy on regulating and report plastic creation or import, so that we can have a more measurable number of how many plastic in NZ and how many are we able to collect, which is useful for predict analysis.
