I would like all of the postcodes from 9000 to 9999 please, and their location as a csv or xlsx file.
Researching cholesterol test results from the Otago population, selecting results from a laboratory database, but need to exclude results from people not living in that region. It seems that the 9000s postcodes contain a combination of Otago, Canterbury and Southland locations. Thanks!
