List of urban and rural NZ postcodes on Excel or csv format - with region would be good too but not absolutely necessary

Opening this data would solve the problem of…

not being able to get a usuable list from NZ post. Lists show street name and postcode and are in PDF format only

Comments Kia Ora All, Stats Nz does not provide postcodes we do not or cannot identify people/households/businesses in our stats.
