The lack of publicly available information on the characteristics of the EQ prone buildings (in addition to heritage status) in Wellington to provide information on the different groups of owners that are affected by the mandatory requirements to interested parties for their own analysis.

The Council advised that it already provides much of the information requested, on its website. We asked for clarification from the requestor as to what further information she sought, but have received no further comments. As such, the Council is closing this investigation from its perspective.
