Number of Tongan children born between 2009- 2013 living in the Tawa and Porirua area and how many have enrolled with a Early Childhood Service.

We are pushing forward to start an Early Childhood Service here in Porirua targeting the Tongan children under 5 years. In order to submit a proposal to the Ministry of Education we need statistics to support our proposal.

We will be able to provide statistics to support our proposal to the Ministry of Education and can identify the number of Tongan children under 5yrs old living in the Tawa and Porirua area who are not enrolled in early childhood service.
