To provide the list of Earthquake Prone Buildings (http://wellington.govt.nz/~/media/services/rates-and-property/earthquake-prone-buildings/files/eq-bldgs-list.pdf) in a machine readable format (preferably CSV) as PDF files cannot be easily parsed for analysis.

Allow for much easier analysis and visualisation of the data.
