MSD / WINZ guidelines for providing relocation assistance / hardship assistance / other emergency grants

Please provide any information that confirms the process / protocols that MSD / WINZ staff need to following when issueing assistance to customers to move from one region to another. This can including Relocation assistance, Hardship Assistance or Other Emergency Grants. Do we need to submit an OIA request for this information? Kind regards
