Hello, Would it be possible to get the number of registered dogs in the ward of Puketapapa in Auckland for the most recent financial year ?

Our local board is removing 4 off leash dog areas in 4 parks in the Puketapapa Ward. I would like to know what impact there might be on surrounding wards if dog owners and their dogs decide to use parks outside of the Puketapapa Ward.
