Population GIS data (at a 250m or 500m grid resolution), building outline GIS data, and building usage GIS data for Christchurch, both before and after February 2011

I am looking for GIS data related to population and buildings in Christchurch, specifically: ・Population GIS data at a 250m or 500m grid resolution, showing the distribution of residents before and after February 2011. ・Building outline GIS data, including the location, shape, and footprint of buildings before and after the earthquake. ・Building usage GIS data, detailing the function of buildings (e.g., residential, commercial, industrial) before and after February 2011. This data will be essential for analyzing changes in population distribution, the number and location of buildings, and their usage patterns following the Canterbury Earthquake. I would like to analyze the changes in population, including its number and distribution, as well as the number, location, and usage of buildings in Christchurch after the Canterbury Earthquake.

This district faces significant disaster risks, including earthquakes, tsunamis, liquefaction, and other secondary hazards. After the earthquake, the city council introduced a new district plan and designated the Red Zone, encouraging residents to relocate due to these high risks. By analyzing the data, we can determine how many people and buildings have left the Red Zone and assess the extent to which the overall risk has been reduced. This analysis also allows us to identify areas where disaster risks still remain.
