The Council also has broader responsibility with others for the economic, social and cultural well-being of the regional community. Regional Council does not manage or hold information you have requested about (Roadworks and Closures) Thereby, we are unable to provide the information and refuse your request on the basis of section 17(e) of the Local Government Official Information & Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA) because documents alleged to contain information do not exist with us or, despite reasonable efforts to locate it, cannot be found.
