Dear whom it may concern, Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552, I hereby request access to and copies of records, documents, and data that provide evidence or analysis related to the comparative health risks of: 1. Adverse effects or potential long-term health defects associated with COVID-19 vaccines, treatments, or mitigation measures (such as masking or social distancing protocols). 2. The likelihood and severity of negative health outcomes caused by contracting COVID-19, including data on hospitalization rates, mortality, and long-term complications. 3. Any cost-benefit analysis or risk assessments conducted by [Agency Name] or affiliated organizations comparing the risks of COVID-19 mitigation measures against the risks posed by contracting and being negatively affected by COVID-19. I specifically seek documents, reports, and raw data that address how the risks of health defects or adverse effects from COVID-19-related measures compare to the risks posed by COVID-19 infection itself. This includes peer-reviewed studies, internal memos, or communications among agency personnel discussing this comparison. If it is determined that portions of the requested information are exempt from disclosure, please provide the non-exempt portions of the records along with an index of the withheld material, as required under FOIA. I am requesting this information in the public interest to understand how public health policies are shaped and their justification in managing health risks for the population. I am willing to pay reasonable fees for the processing of this request. However, if the cost exceeds [$100 NZD], please contact me before proceeding. If you have any questions or require clarification about this request, feel free to contact me via email. I would appreciate a response within the statutory 20-business-day timeframe. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely,
Not knowing whether the potential effects of the covid vaccine outweigh the potential effects of covid-19 considering the media is extremely bias due to funding.
Giving everyone the informed consent we need to make an accurate decision that may impact the rest of our lives like it has done some already (see succesful vaccine claim injuries in ACC)
