From an Asset Management point of view, we model historical funding and operational/maintenance costs. One of the key pieces of information we use is "Activity Classes" and "Work Categories". To get a complete set of this information is difficult, as historical data is not easily available. It requires an email to the team at NZTA, and then some explanation of how to interpret it. For example, a work Category depends on what year one is referring to. WC123 could be different to WC123 in a different year.

Also, whilst we are trying to develop forward looking asset management plans, sometimes the WC are not yet published.
