The Data Ethics Advisory Group comprises 7 members, including the Chair.
The IG is a cross-agency group chaired by leaders in the Public Service. The group aims to increase the effectiveness of Public Service by strengthening the leadership of the government data system.
Principle 5: Balance benefits and risks. This principle includes ngā tikanga Tapu (sacred, prohibited, restricted, or to be set apart) and Noa (ordinary, unrestricted, or normality).
