DigitalNZ API

The DigitalNZ API provides access to descriptive information about more than 30 million NZ digital items, from over 200 content providers including NZ libraries, museums, universities, community organisations and government agencies. It includes data about newspaper articles, documents, images, video, and more. The search API allows applications to query the metadata, and get access to thumbnail and details about the item. The API is fully documented and includes XML and JSON format options.
